★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to see Dr Vikneswaran based on recommendations. The clinic is super brand new. Spacious waiting area. I was greeted by a clinic assistant, Jessica and attended by Dr Vikneswaran. Jessica is soft spoken and friendly. Dr Vikneswaran is top-notch. He's very caring, understanding and hospitable. I feel so comfortable sharing my health problem. He's so generous in sharing the treatment plan. Thank God for sending an angel like him to this world. Thank you Dr Viknes ????.

I went to this clinic since near my house for consultation about my swollen thumb on last Tuesday after consulting a pharmacist for medicine for my problems b4 2 days ago not confident so I visited this clinic n the doctor reprimanded me why nowadays most people like to go pharmacy ask for consultation cos doctor say pharmacist only know how to dispense medicine n only doctor knows how to treat patient. The doctor gave me 1 week antibiotics n painkillers medicine cost me rm110 if the swollen goes down than is ok if swollen thumb still persist than come back to me after 1week n take out the nana. After 3 days taking the medication my thumbs even swollen n the swollen spread to over hand n so painful so I straight went back to this clinic n consult again n the doctor wants to operate on my thumb I ask the doctor to give me anaesthetic for put me to sleep b4 operation n the doctor say she don't provide this service or ask me want transfer to the hospital than I say better this way cos the pain is unbearable. Lucky I ask to go to the hospital till now I m still warded in the hospital cos is virus infection has spread to the whole hand if not treated early my whole hand or thumb wil be at risk the specialist doctor say your thumb has to cut off if out of cure the specialist see my condition straight away know is a serious virus infection n straight go for operation n around my thumb has big cut operation around it the specialist doctor say next time this problem never visit a gp doctor if serious virus infection.Thanks God I have comes early for treatment if I have followed the gp doctor advised n after 1 week than come back my hand will be in danger. Thanks lucky that day the doctor transfer me to the hospital next time for my opinion the doctor should advise if after 2 or 3 days after taking antibiotics the problem still unsolved should come back n consult again not wait till 1 week after medication finished for the safety of the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons : Doctor Vignesh / Parthaiban who can Examine / Explain clear about the health issue and give right advise.
Before the pricing of medicine charges are Average and medicine will given if requirements is there.
Duty cycle Rotation of doctor every day is not so comfortable for patients and even Regular duty cycle of same doctor not available on the regular week days.
Recently pricing...more lot 3 x times for one injection / additional tablets.
# it will be helpful if clinic as 24 Jam Putra Perdan area or emergency set ( first aid) up only on 24 hours like first aid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst young doctor I ever consulted, only explain when the patient asked questions. Some more the answer is not answering the question. My sickness requires a simple injection but the dr cant do it well, she even needed to check on the dose. Now the injection part is painful and swollen, extremely poor service. The clinic was so dirty at the time of visit, full of flies at the entrance. Worst experience. Will not return anymore, avoid at all cost!!!
