★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say .first, servis dr dan layanan Dr mmg bgus tapi Dr amik masa rview 1 pt terlalu lama .. x macm klink yg lain yg sy prnah pegi .. bawak baby atau anak2 kecik mmg leceh sbb kena tggu lma . Kedua, dulu prnah bawa anak utk khitan(sunat) kat sini Klinik Siti Meru, bila dtg kali kedua , staff depan blh kata nama & ic anak xde pun dalam data mereka . What ?? mmg pelik .. so mnyusahkan nak kena dftar balik bagai ... staff x register dgn betul atau apa pun tak thu lah sbb data boleh hilang cmtu.. ketiga, sya org pertama yg dtg dan register tapi org kedua datang pula dipanggil masuk jmpa Dr .. hahahahha .. ini paling menyakitkna hati .. dah la bawa baby pstu blh plk pnggil org lain dlu . kesiann bby dah tggu lma ngis2 .. staff tak arrange dgn betul ..
 Sorry to say .first, dr service and Dr mmg bgus service but Dr amik rview time 1 pt is too long .. x macm klink yg lain yg sy prnah pegi .. bawak baby or anak2 kecik mmg leceh sbb kena tggu lma. Secondly, I used to bring children for circumcision (circumcision) here at the Siti Meru Clinic, when the second time came, the front staff could say the name and name of the child in their data. What ?? mmg pelik .. so mnyusahkan nak kena dftar balik bagai ... staff x register dgn betul atau apa pun tak thu lah sbb data boleh hilang cmtu .. third, I was the first person to come and register but the second person to come was called in to meet Dr .. hahahahha .. this hurts the most .. he brought the baby so he can call other people first. kesiann bby dah tggu lma ngis2 .. staff tak arrange dgn betul ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari yang jaga kaunter pendaftaran sampai doktor melayu/india and kaunter pembayaran baik, sopan je. Selesa dengan klinik siti. Kalau tunggu turn lama sikit, bagi saya takde masalah kot sebab faham doktor check teliti + penerangan panjang, jelas dan ramah. Saya scan baby pun puas hati sebab doktor belek & tengok betulbetul. Siap tengok buku pink kd untuk detect kalau ada problem lain yang kena di teliti masa scan. Saya 2/3 minggu sekali scan sini sebab nurse kd saya pun kata jelas gambar baby dari klinik siti jadi dia memang sarankan saya scan dekat sini je sementara tunggu 28w
From the person in charge of the registration counter to the Malay/Indian doctor and the payment counter is good, polite. Comfortable with siti clinic. If you wait for the turn a little longer, for me there will be no problem with the coat because I understand the doctor's thorough check + long, clear and friendly explanation. I scanned the baby and was satisfied because the doctor looked at it correctly. Ready to look at the pink kd book to detect if there are other problems that need to be examined during the scan. I scan here once every 2/3 weeks because my nurse also said clearly the picture of the baby from the Siti clinic, so she did suggest that I scan near here while waiting for 28w

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman datang klinik ni amat mengecewakan. Baru jer masukkan klinik ni sebagai klinik panel uitm. Bila dh buat rawatan staf klinik cakap kena bayar pula. Sepatutnya klinik panel customer tak dikenakan bayaran sbb pihak klinik claim dgn uitm. Sebelum ni aku tinggal kat shah alam ada gunakan klnik swasta lain sebagai klinik panel tapi rawatan free jer tapi bila buat kat klinik ni kena bayar la pulak. First & last datang klinik ni.aku dh removed dh klinik ni sebagai klinik panel uitm. Lagipun klinik ni suka2 overcharged bill jadi beratus utk sakit biasa2. Contohnya aku bawa anak sakit mata biasa (conjunctivitis) sepatutnya ubat antibiotik titis pun dah cukup ni antibiotik jenis kena makan pun klinik ni bagi. Klinik prescribe ubat yg tak perlu pun. Anak aku tak makan pun ubat antibiotik tu guna jenis titis mata jer. Datang pun utk dptkan MC utk sekolah. So bayar utk ubat tk perlu. Dh la kena bayar ingatkan free kan sebab panel tapi kena bayar. Staf uitm yg bercadang nk jadikan klinik ni utk panel berhati2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an overcharged clinic for me. They charged me for RM166 for general medication plus they gave unnecessary meds whilst I didn't have cough and phlegm at that time. There is no 2nd chance of going for the 2nd time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long waiting time!!! Better go to Klinik Kesihatan. 1 hour wasting time just to check jaudice. Highly not recommend. And of course we tell about the reason we came. What a lame reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrated with their service...staff not friendly and bad attitudes...not respond well...when i do text them, they just give me bluetick...when i try to call..no one is pickup the phone...not once but few different hour they still did not answer it..not only one branch but other brances also...not point having good branding name but your efficency does not reflect that...yes to agreed that they are pricey,not worth it to give your money to them...will never ever come back to this clinic...highly not recommended...
