★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. I bring my sick maid to this clinic, the doctor is not friendly. The nurses blurred when giving the medicine prescription. This is my first and last visit to this clinic. The doctor also give wrong prescription, the nurses didn’t confirm on the prescription given. Luckily I asked almost 3 times, then they change the prescription. Otherwise, may maid will overdose!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. Staff so unfriendly. PCR test waiting more than 48 hours still tak keluar. Ask also late response and keep delayed. Will never go this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Throughout my antenatal check up Dr keep changing and sometimes they leave my check up with a locum Dr. I've encountered once, where the locum Dr claimed that she don't really know how to accomodate the scan machine eventhough that the resident Dr whom normally check up for me was there. I am really disappointed with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything just nice here except there is 1 interesting doctor here, Dr Mastura.
Currently I'm pregnant with my first child, and i do my monthly checkup here. Before this everything was fine until I do check with her. I don't know whether that is the way she do her job or what, but she seem doing the scan too fast, seems like she just do scan for the sake for just doing it. Too short and too fast, I'm not sure why she so KALUT , check here and there. only 4 thing she check. Before this doctor will check the heartbeat and give us to listen to it. and share all the bpm details.
As for first time mother, we only can see our baby once a month, wish doctor could consider to do slowly and give us sometime to see our baby. We don't mind to pay extra if that requires her to do extra job.
Another thing, this is first time I didn't get the scan photo. I'm not sure if customer suppose to request it or what because before this I will get it. This time only get the 2d measurement details table.
Customer pay for best service, and we don't mind to pay extra for best service. that is the main reason people choose to go to private clinic.
Aside from mentions issue, I would highly recommend this clinic as this is a very complete clinic and very experience in handling on mother care and babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was fine. But when we arrived during ramadhan at 5.30pm. The Dr want to go out to fetch her child at school we wait until 6.30 the Dr still not here. They said the clinic stop at 6 45. But the Dr still not there. Very unprofessional i guess.
Almost 1 hour waiting without any info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 times coming over here. But waited for more than an hour and half. Consultation was so good, Dr also friendly. But the service is quite slow. The price around RM296 for scanning, medication (3months) n consultation. Considered as affordable. Tq

Warm & cozy clinic with many service such as neb, suction, TVS scan, breast scan, lump scan, abdomen scan, screening anatomy, 3D4D scan, 5HD scan, ECG, blood test, medical check up and MATERNITY check up. Its clinic for all.
