β β β β β Pada mula nya klinik siti my fav klinik sbb doktor very helpful and other staff also very polite. Tapi pada hari semalam around plus minus 1pm, saya di consult oleh seorang doktor yang buat kerja sambil lewa. I went there to do a baby scanning dan i had bad headache. Selalu nya bila buat scanning doktor akan beri scanning image and report as well. But not this doctor ya! She only gave me scanning report which it dissappointed me. She not even do checking on my headache at all. Taktahu lah apa masalah doktor ni. I do whatsapp this clinic give a complaint and feedback on this doctor, and til now got no response. Doktor ni can be the same doctor that others complaint too. Well i guess. Will not went there anymore. Doctor yang bukan specific check up ibu mengandung more concern than her. Tak menjaga hati ibu mengandung langsung. And because of she didnt do proper check up on me, i got fever today. Stupid doctor ever.

β β β β β Went for baby check up for times. My wife insisted to ban this clinic the first time we went due to bad services given by the dr. Went again for 2nd time it even worst. They simply do checkup without even giving proper consultation and share the photo of the baby. We got it the first time. I wouldn't recommend to bring your wife for checkup at this clinic if you don't want your wife to scream at you. Better find other clinic.

β β β β β Used to be my fav clinic to go to during my pregnancy until recently. Went to get my baby checked due to high fever. Waited quite long but the explanation given by the doctor was not very helpful. I needed to ask questions then only the doctor anwered. Was hoping she would have given me a thorough explanation of everything I needed to know. Worst thing was that i had to ask for my baby's temperature when she first took once we stepped in. The doctor very casually said 39.0 degree celcius. I had to personally ask for the temperature before we walked out again to make sure i didnt mishear things because it didnt make sense to me that she was so relaxed when the temperature was that high? I wish to have a better experience next time if i were to go there again

β β β β β Came here for booster during weekdays, I'm the first one that arrived so it doesn't took long until my turn. Everyone's friendly and nice with clean environment.

β β β β β I came for booster shot today at 1am. All the staff are friendly. My booster dose completed in 15 minutes. Good job.

β β β β β I came for my booster shot today. The clinic was full with patients and there's no social distancing applied in this clinic. I'm so sorry to say that they are not organised at all. I waited for 1:15 mins and asked the nurse 3 times why it took so long for my turn. The people who came before me got vaccinated and went back, the people who came 30 mins after me also got vaccinated and went back. I was still standing there waiting stupidly.

β β β β β Very slow services. This is private clinic, but the waiting is too long. Government health clinic can do better. I have been here for third time, but only once I can wait. Other two times I just inform the nurse at counter to cancel, i cannot wait. The doctor is too relax. No sense of urgency. I don't recommend this slow flow clinic. It is not about too crowded here, it just the doctor and nurse take the patients too rilex. Poor patients waiting, but the doctor just don't rush.
