โ โ โ โ โ Poor delivery service but good customer service. Called the branch and staff tried to find my parcel, however still disappointing regarding the delivery.
My item has arrived skynet rawang since yesterday at 7am, staff informed me there's no delivery to my place yesterday. Only today (wednesday, but they left my item) and friday to my place, thursday no delivery. Friday got delivery to my place (to the office ofcourse), so it would take 1 week for the item to arrive my home ? Very disappointing since seller of my item used this courier, he said skynet is the fastest one but absolutely not.
