โ โ โ โ โ Got to give them great point for the staff returning to work on time after linch. Not sure if they are selective in treatment or not because I'm English speaking. In addition, I'm first come, thus the first to leave, didn't get to observe. The nurses should probably provide more attention at the time of giving medicine, by informing the patient or their guardians what are the prescriptions, ensuring they didn't had the wrong medicine. You never know until you met someone with poor English language and low tech literature that didn't understand what is "Paracetamol". Hopefully they do understand the lay-man term added below the medicine name such as, "fever, cold, pain". Good consultation with Dr Ong, not bad for a sick visit. (Recommended)
