★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come to check and register before 12pm..to be accurate 11.45am..Unfortunately staff said, our Doctor is resting from 12pm to 1pm..but information on the door doesn't said so..we have to wait an hour..damn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male doctor room 5 doesnt really know what to advice, check wasnt thorough based on symptoms I gave regarding my 2yo daughter illness..expected better advice...
I think for children illness, perhaps its better to find other clinic......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly doctor and she able to give me a good advice. The medicine is very good and I had drip and blood test done. Everything went smoothly.
To add, I would like to compliment Dr Ain if I got name right. She has done a fantastic job, very passionate and calm and very friendly too. A very well recommended. I must say I had very good and pleasant experience with Poliklinik An Nur. Thumb up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the doctors and nurses are very good and friendly. It just that the guy in the receptionist need some improvement on his attitude. Saw him rising his voice impolitely to a woman due to misheard waiting turn.
Maybe he was tired or busy but still please be friendly and speak politely to all the patients that came to your clinic. Hope this message reach to him. Thanks
