★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly trained COVID swab test staff. She pushed and pushed inside twice. My kid had never cried during a test. This was my 6th test in d last one month due to travel. Entry was from alley behind after payment in d front. Smelly garbage area. Pathetic, would never go again. I highly recommend klinik mediprima nearby in front of Mazda ttdi. Dr was very quick and gentle. Highly professional and clean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic does not even deserve a star. My wife who is pregnant had a fall and had concerns of miscarriage so we went to the clinic to get a scan to check if the baby is ok. When we approached the staff at the counter, the staff rudely told us to just go straightaway to the hospital emergency. I feel like they are being very selective in the patients that come to seek treatment, as if denying my rights to see the doctor. Before this, it was my go-to clinic. After that incident I never went there again. You really need to look into the rude attitude of your staff who are front facing your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic does not even deserve 1 star. I am writing this review while I’m waiting for my daughter’s 2nd dose Covid vaccination. We arrived on time for our appointment at 10am and yet there is no doctor available to attend to patients. The staff told us to come back again at 11am, and it’s currently 12pm, still no sign of the doctor! Such a waste of people’s time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as some other comments below this clinic doesn’t deserve any star. This review is not based on one time experience but on my 2nd and 3rd visits too. So unfortunate for us in TTDI, we have only 2 clinics available after 6pm! So no choice had to always come back here for emergencies. First of all the staff at the counter are extremely rude. I think we need to remind this clinic that we are paying for the fees and the consultation fee is not FOC. A reminder is definitely needed here. Not only that their staff at the counter is rude, the doctors too are a complete nightmare. Had one who scolded me and telling me off for not understanding the pain I had for my knees. Wouldn't want to go on further because its a complete waste of time. How I wish they didn't change the management. Klinik Dr Hamidah was so much better back then. Stay away from going to this clinic if you can please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't deserve a star. Poor management. Appointment set at 10am for covid 2nd dose. Arrived at 950 and was told to come back at 11am. After registered at 11am, wait until 12 but no news from the staff until we go to the counter. Then only told us that not sure when the doctor will be in. Why on earth this clinic sign up for vaccination center but no doctor to attend. Total waste of time for all the parents that goes there today. What a shame.

Yet before check in to the clinic the staff was rude and ask to go find other clinics. Are you the owner of the Clinic? With this kind of staff you hire in your practice NO! one will bother to come. Thats why you have so manny bad reviews for your Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done a PCR test yesterday, and have been calling during day time for few times today but no answer. Finally, at 7:24pm managed to speak to a staff who named MAS just hanged up my calls twice without any explanation with very bad voice tone. Please do check about this seriously. Thank you. If there is no basic mutual respect between nurse and patient, it’s hard to build trust to your clinic.
