 The staff are not good..the fundamentals are in talking..with the hood .. but it's rough to speak to the custumer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macam bangang aku masuk dengan anak kecik boleh ramai2 kat kaunter dok tengok aku atas bawah. Security bagitau aku doktor rehat pukul 7. Aku tanya boleh tak aku duduk tunggu dalam klinik? Jawab tak boleh. Common sense lah sikit takkan aku nak terpacak tanggu anak sambil dukung. Yang kat kaunter tu ramai2 elok lah usha orang atas bawah.
It's like I'm embarrassed to enter with a small child, there can be many people at the dock counter looking at me up and down. Security told me the doctor had a break at 7 o'clock. I asked if I could sit and wait in the clinic? Answer no. Common sense is a bit like I don't want to be stuck on a child's shoulder while supporting. The ones at the counter are a lot of good people up and down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在这疫情期间，柜台小姐既然无视其他进去klinik的人没有戴口罩。这是klinik 不是菜市场 是问问进去诊所的人那个不是身体不舒服？ 还没有距离的有说有笑
也没有提醒了一下需要戴口罩，柜台的小姐还用很不好的语气回应我
连最基本的礼貌都没有
医生很好 ?
但是柜台小姐的态度真的是我去那么多次数以来最最最不愉快和糟糕透顶了???
During this epidemic, the lady at the counter didn't wear a mask since ignoring other people who went into klinik. This is a klinik, not a vegetable market. Is it because the person who went into the clinic is not feeling well? Talking and laughing for those who have no distance
I didn’t remind me that I need to wear a mask. The lady at the counter responded to me in a very bad tone.
Not even the most basic courtesy
The doctor is good ?
But the attitude of the counter lady is really the most unpleasant and terrible since I have been so many times???
