โ โ โ โ โ Slow and poor service. I opted for express PCR to get my result within 6-12 hours based in what has been advertised and informed by the staffs as well. Did the test at 10.30 am only to get the results at 4.30 am the next day. More than 12 hours.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service at one medic bukit beruang, doctor work too slow, waited for more than 2 hours , the doctor was very rude, no manners at all.the clinic not hygiene at all, mold growth near the toilet, how it can be safe for patient?thank God locum doctor arrive at 8.30pm to check my mom

โ โ โ โ โ I dont even wish to give you 1 star, such a useless clinic, poor services .. late response n my mom went there because thatโs her panel clinic and suddenly my momโs leg swollen.. the doctor even see that yet they didnโt want to give MC just gave time slip.. not sure its a doctor or duplicate doctor.. thank god im not there.. sure the doctor will get nicely from me. Useless clinic!

What really impresses me is the staff manning the swap test registration - a young lady who is very friendly, polite and efficient. She helped us a lot during the time when my son came for a pcr test. Terima kasih.

โ โ โ โ โ It took more than 1 hour since I queued by 9:30 am and it is still not until my turn. One Medic Bukit Beruang team is not well prepared and not doing a good job at all. I think they only started the swab tests around 10:30 am yet they asked us to come today at 8:30 am.
Also, I think they don't practice proper SOP. We queue outside the clinic to get swab test. And no temperature scan is taken. No sanitizer is prepared. They don't even monitor and ensure customers are practicing physical distancing. And almost every swab test customers who queued outside did not scan their MySejahtera.
However, the staff are helpful especially the guy who did the swab test is polite and patient.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor front desk staff attitude, yesterday around 6pm+ I went to Bukit Beruang one medic branch, the fatty Malay girl not politely like charcoal face not smiling request the IC for registration. Lastly I ask her how to apply the eye ointment, she replied me like not happy. Hope can improve customer service thanks~

โ โ โ โ โ No systematic, no point paying early to them. You still have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. The one comes late goes first, the one comes first goes late.

โ โ โ โ โ Why their service became worst ya lately? Yesterday I came but staff asked me if I can wait for 2 and half hour due to many people coming.. Then I go back.. Today I came again.. Registered on 8.15pm but need to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor.. Its OK, I can understand it. But while waiting for the medicines, the two Indian staff there just chatting and forgot about me which had waiting in front of them. I calmly waiting for them to call me but the persons which attended after me already got their medicines, I cannot hold it anymore and asked where my medicines? Then they stop chatting, rushing to find my medicines. Guess what? My medicine already near them but they didn't call me!! What a good attitude ya!!
