★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All visitors are encouraged to know the lunch break by heart, or refer to the schedule I've posted.
I called yesterday, on Friday afternoon, got answered and was told that they open half day. I'm quite sure that I was told that they break for lunch from 1pm-2pm for tomorrow.
And here I am at 2pm on Saturday, coming to vaccine my kitten, but it still closed. I'm rating one star for this but I can't reduce it any more if of the vet is not here by 2.30pm.
p/s:
kepada yang tukang jawab telefon tu, bagi la info yang betul. orang lain pun ada kerja juga, ada hal lain juga.
ni dah jam 2.30pm, masih belum buka ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have no illwill towards the staff but they keep try and error with my sick cat as if he's an experiment. keep giving him medicine that is overpriced and doesnt work. my cat is getting worse but the doctor dont want to admit that. if your cat has sporo, i suggest finding other vets. this one is just not worth it.
update: 1 month ? i've been sending my cat there since november until january and no improvement. i feed my cat what you asked, i sapu ubat you recommended. you want to blame it on me that i refuse to get treatment for my cat ? i refused because it's unreasonable. ni memang banyak cantik you boleh buat wording kat google tapi masa i tanya dekat vet bagi vague answers. my cat buat checkup pun suruh i duduk luar, tak bagi masuk tengok sekali.
i went to another vet and they told me things that you couldnt possibly did because of how incompetent you are. please dont give any more weak excuses. i will gladly stand by my point that sending my cat here is a waste of time and money.
