 Best !! Very Fast and the vet's explanation is easy to understand. Staff friendly. 2 cats were vaccinated and one was treated for the flu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an unpleasant experience at this vet. Called the clinic and the lady who attended me, treated me macam nak marah. Couldn’t say things nicely. When I arrive it was the same she had a very unsmiley face.
The male vet ala Nick Jonas was quite condescending and responded to me (also macam nak marah), when I was requesting and asking for some things during the consultation. Take note that I am not a difficult customer. Athough I am very curious and ask things that might seem ridiculous to a vet, again because I am not a vet so perhaps understand that we dont understand things the way vets do so the best thing to do is just explain politely? I could say that I’ve met vets with better attitudes.
Only positive thing is the charges are quite cheap and the vet recommended a good supplement for my cat. And one male assistant who was very polite to me during my payment.
So yeah the stars are down because of the staff’s attitude. I cannot comment on their expertise because I did not do anything major for my cat there (such as surgery, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i left my cat there to fast for scaling only of them to cancel after 25 hours of fasting. no sense of empathy for cats seriously. the fact that we had to call them for them to tell us that they cancelled?? like did they want my cat to fast for 2 days ?? do they have no proper schedule? god
theres also another time where my cat wasnt well for 2 weeks and they continue to give us the same medicine only for the cat to have sporo :/ im disappointed. humans make mistakes but this is far from professionality. hope they read this and get better vets
