★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place on 03.02.2020 to do alignment for my car. I did not ask for the charges. I waited for my turn and the formen completed the alignment. He said my car chamber need to adjust. I did not agreed and went to the counter to pay my charges. I got a shock of my life. When the lady in charge said the amount is Rm38. I have never experienced this before. The most expensive place to do your car alignment. I don't know how is others service charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to share my experience so it can be a reference to others. I've frequented this establishment and notice several things:
Pricing Quotation:
Sketchy pricing estimates, usually on the higher side for all parts, but I considered the mark-ups as they also need to make extra bucks, but most of the time, overpriced.
Type of components / parts:
Vague explanation : Made In China, Made in Japan, OEM, actually even made In China has various grades and quality, the difference is who makes them, cheapo brand has cheapo quality, not to mention just plain imitation parts. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) has original factory quality. Prices doesn't match "low quality" parts, still overprice let alone original parts. I wonder how much labor would they charge if we bring in our own parts.
Hardselling:
Sometimes, usual remarks from technician, " Ni tunggu masa je bang, nak sampai masa dah kena tukar ni, alang-alang tukar sekali, saya ikut pengalaman saya bang" but they actually want:
1) Upsell / cross sell additional parts - extra income for the shop (e.g. shock absorber replacement, change include bearing, top mount even though in good condition)
2) Avoid unnecessary liability on damaging related parts due to improper procedure (poor workmanship / lack of skill on parts removal).
3) Will try convince they can fix something, but when they couldn't they will change statements / reasoning. Inconsistent diagnosis.
Poor Workmanship:
1) Improper parts removal/ replacement (damaged wheel bearing while removing driveshaft, and had the audacity to tell the bearing was already due for replacement)
Can go here for basic tyre services. For other repairs and fix, better off at Official Service Center or other trusted shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, 1st time here and workmanship not equal to the price paid. Allignment very bad. Price are expensive compare to nearby workshop. Lightly taken complaint from customer. Waste time return back to the workshop. Huh!!

Made a booking few days ago through Lazada, got the appointment set up today at this outlet, came at 9.15 only to be told "barang belum sampai" and the very unfriendly lady at the counter told me to go "jalan jalan dulu" and when i asked roughly how long its gonna take, she said she has no idea and tell me to go jalan-jalan dulu. Well if the tire arrives in the evening, would she expect me to go jalan-jalan until evening then? if i came from the area surely no problem but now had to drive back 20km for nothing. Cancelled the order straight away and luckily got refund. On a side note. if only she could be a bit friendly i wont mind coming back.... bad service...
