This clinic’s receptionist was so rude! Doctors of the clinic, please improve your customer service. I arrived at this clinic at 8.45am on the Raya break on Friday because my helper was having pain in her ankle. The clinic was opened and so we went in. The reception looked at us sternly and said “Doctor will only come at 9.30am.” I replied to say it is ok, we will wait. She continued to look at us sternly and didn’t want to register us. So I asked her if we can register first and wait? She asked us rudely “you want to wait ah? Have you eaten?” I asked her “we cannot wait here? Or u want us to go somewhere else?” Because her attitude was obviously rude and didn’t make an effort to help us. Reluctantly, she threw a piece of paper and pen in front of me and asked for my helper’s passport. Only then we remembered that she didn’t bring it with her. The next thing this rude lady said to us was “How can you guys be going out without passport with you?!” This is the last straw! What right have you got to question me or my helper this way? You could have rejected to see us on behalf of your doctor, or asked nicely if we have a digital copy on phone or etc if you want to help your patients. But who are you to question a patient why they do not have an ID on them? I explained that we Left the house in a hurry because my helper was in pain and we live nearby. She even argued that she should have passport with her! Hello??!! You could have asked us to bring back her passport while register us first and then waiting for doctor since doctor is not coming in until 9.30am! She doesn’t have the right to be disrespectful! I commented that she was very rude and I’m going to leave a review. Only then she kept quiet. But I left and went to Dr Shong Clinic next door. The receptionist there too asked for her passport but when I said we didn’t have it. She asked to put my phone number and house address for the record while asking me to check if if I have a digital copy patiently. That was helpful because I looked back and found a copy of the digital passport which I had in my phone but forgotten. After we finished registering, the rude receptionist from Wong Singh had the nerve to came to Dr Shong’s clinic and check us out! She pretended to come in and asked the receptionist if her Dr is here already. But I believe she just wanted to check if we have moved to this other clinic next door. How pathetic! Klinik wong Singh, your front counter customer service is important regardless of how good or bad you are as a doctor! Your receptionist should be trained not to discriminate, be polite and not using rude languages like she did unless you want to continue having new patients leaving your clinic.

Visited on Tuesday, the Malay lady doctor was very nice, explained everything to me in detailed. But after consuming the medicine, I had headache and dizziness, vomited twice. So I went back to the clinic on the second day, told the indian nurse politely that I would like to see the doctor to ask if it’s normal to vomit in my case. The indian nurse probably told the doctor someone “complained” (which I clearly didn’t, there’s nothing to complain about since I don’t know if it’s the side effect of medicine). Went into the room, the Malay lady doctor wasn’t there. This Indian lady doctor asked “So what’s ur problem? You want to complain right?” I was so shocked by what she said and her attitude was pure rude. I told her nicely what happened and everything. She just told me it’s normal, continue eating the meds for few days until I get better. The conversation was less than 1 minute and I was charged for consultation....... doesn’t make sense.

Never come back here. This first and last i come to this clinic. No tolenrance at all!

Felt funny that this clinic only accept cash. Who use cash right now? ??? no tng, no card machine, only CASH! So if you guys wanna come remember to bring enough cash haha

Came at 10am too see a doctor and was told to come back at 11.30 because they had to give booster shots first. Send like profit more important than welfare of patients who are not well.

Did a covid antibody test. Dr is not professional enough to explain the report. Paid RM120 but what i've gotten at the end of the day it's just a report and was not well explained on the figure and my antibody level. The indian nurse did not handle things professionally too. I was told that they would call me when the result is out but no one called. When i called the nurse to check on the result, she read it to me over the phone. I requested for a photo shoot of the result and watsapp to me before i am back in town to pick up the report, she told me she is too busy to do so.

Very rude & no one at reception. Better go to other better clinics nearby. TO POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS, DONT GO HERE

the front desk indian was not responsibility to her job...she should check probably whether the patient can use the insurance to cover the medicine or no...thy called after 3 months to ask patient go to the klinik to pay the money...
