β β β β β The management should look into this branch because the arrangement here is very bad. We had waited for 1 hour 45 minutes. Then checked with the counter receptionist and they told us forget to update the status. The doctor inside the room also no patience and keep waiting only.
If possible we wont give any STAR for this Sunway specialist.

β β β β β I had an excellent experience with Dr Liza, ENT Specialist. She was very attentive, and provided a lot of information on the condition of my ear.
I was very happy and satisfied with her treatment. She was very careful when removing my earwax and avoided causing me vertigo. She patiently waited while I was no longer experiencing vertigo before she proceeded with the treatment. Truly an amazing doctor! I really recommend to see her.

β β β β β Called Dr Kuanβs clinic ( Dermatologist) at 3.30pm and was confirmed by Siti that we can visit his clinic before 4pm. We are just 10 mins away. To our surprise and disappointment, Siti called after 5 mins to inform that Doc Kuan has an emergency and we cannot see him, despite being 5 mins away from reaching ! I hope itβs real emergency, otherwise such an experience painted a very unprofessional picture on the doctor and the establishment.
