★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy wedding going on, guests of wedding are not told where to park and when we returned to our room after dinner outside, we spent 20 mins and a lot of negotiating with the guard and recept to get a lot, which they did not help us to get. It was only that I was lucky a wedding guest left
Rooms are basic. Toilet has no shower door or curtain and toilet gets all wet and you get your feet wet everytime you have to go. An annoyance.
Bedsheets don't look like they are new. I doubt they changed since the last occupant.
Now have to bear through this wedding noise and can't sleep till they complete packing up and who knows how long that's going to be

Cosy stay. Suitable facilities for family gathering including coway water filter, public pantry, chiller, stove, microwave oven.
Very near to town but have to make a u turn at taman intan to head back to town.
Receptionist is warm and friendly. Our room was upgraded to family room without extra charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time check in after COVID-19 (2020~2021). Before that we had plenty of happy times here. Nothin' change except now's there's a guard inside the premises & every now & then would ask the kids to behave inside the pool besides checking the visitor during they come in.
As always, the family room is super comfy with a living room just in front of the bedroom. It's one of best place in Kluang for a staycation with pools (kids & sort of adult) just outside. Highly recommend, ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to complain about. Definitely will recommend others to come. The cleanliness is perfect. I love their swimming pools so much. Really worth the price, a super comfy hotel. Must come when you travel to Kluang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice experience and the rooms are fairly maintained. No comments on cleanliness but was better than my earlier experience at another hotel in Kluang. The hotel staff did messed up our period of stay and luckily we managed to stay the number of days we intended to but had to change room.
This would make a great staycation / vacation of a big family as there is a nice outdoor swimming pool with plenty of seats for gathering / celebration. Another note for parents with children younger than 12 years old, there might be a few safety hazards that need to exercise more care like swimming pool / outdoor staircase / area where you place the water boiler etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Deluxe King Room, our room was on the upper floor. Water pressure is good, room also clean. Our room have sofa, 1 king bed and 1 bunk bed. I love the environment and the design of this hotel.. a really calm and nice place to chill with your family. The hotel has 2 side, A & B & each side has pool. The price per night also very reasonable. Final verdicts, highly recommended!
