★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should not call hotel, better called rumah tumpangan. Please change the name for it. Towel lousy one, water heater funny design you need to turn it yourself if feel hot using the chair because it set at high near to ceiling. Very noisy sound out there people chasing each other and crying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice destination, right besides Kluang Parade which has enough shops. But the rooms are really mediocre, clean but not amazing, some peeling paints, windows that are not child proof but have hot water, and average service. So overall, about what you expect in Kluang.
