★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable room. Water heater took a while to warm up. We were told 2 king size beds in the family room, turned out to be 2 queen size beds. Rooms have been refurbished.

Currently, parts of the property including swimming pool are still under renovation... we lodged in due to swimming pool facility; upon phone call checking regarding swimming pool facility, but the hotel staff didn't inform us that actually their swimming pool is closed due to renovation progress!
Price are expensive! Paying 4 stars rate, but accommodation worse than budget hotels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building that looks horrible from outside but when come to the inside... Wow! We were amazed!.. at this price, cozzy spacious room. Gorgeous. Everything was awesome about this stay. Especially the breakfast.. walla!. Two thing need to improve in my opinion- your front desk was lack of smile (i chwcked in around 7pm).
Another thing.. the pools was no longer available for long! Why the management never inform the public about it?! Come on.. just inform in your fb page or whatever so your guest wont be disappointed. For me that was one of the important thing especially when we bring along our children. Other than that not much cons about this stay... it was ok. Still recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its realy worst actualy.. We stay two days bt we change two rooms.. Jist we came for rest bt the room like dull..Even room is big but for fmly i think nt suit at all.. First we adjust bt secound the room hitter problem.. Hmm before enter the room try c the room and the things all work out well or not. Realy wasted of money ..

This hotel used to be one of the hot spot in kluang in 1990s to 2000s.
It is still the popular avenue for talks, seminar and small gathering and party.
The rooms are always occupied by the government officers because of the government functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience and I feel I wanna cry not because I spent 200+ for room where flush is dirty and doesn't work properly. And the worst part is breakfast is free but no food for kids/children, mee goreng padas, and nasi goring padas, that is all the main meal here, are you kidding me? For Rm 222.00. I give - 100000 stars
