β β β β β I phoned to get information before sending a package, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not provide any information that was asked and hung up on me. I had already spoken to someone else earlier in the week and she tried to charge me more than already agreed while being insulting. Dishonest, unhelpful I don't know if it was because i was sending a package to Bangladesh so she felt she could talk so badly to me or if that's just how they do customer service at this company, absolutely disgusting.

They have no written price/ charge list!! All in verbal and sending any product they always in win part and customers have no choice!!

β β β β β Very bad service. They used to be good before. Every other week i send 20 to 100kg of goods on average but now they have been holding up my goods to 2 months already and not delivering where they say it takes 10 to 15 days. So i would say they are taking their customers for granted. I hope the owner see this and understand their customers suffering.
