★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pick-up crew is very RUDE! He postponed pick up multiple times and not respectful at all during calls. This pickup guy is the same guy for the last 2 years, and has never shown any improvement which is disappointing.
I hope LBC truly listens to feedbacks from customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with the courier who is picking up the Jumbo Boxes. We were asked to carry the 3 boxes to the pick-up point as it's their new SOP. I will understand if it's small boxes. Only 2 ladies were living in the house so it's quite impossible to do it. Couriers should have the manpower to assist as part of their job scope. This is not the first time that we have sent boxes to Philippines . They had picked up few boxes in the past. Your new SOP is a step backwards. - 602108194708

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who came and took our jumbo box was very rude. The indian lady kept talking to us in a very loud voice even when it was a Saturday morning and some are still asleep. We told her to lower down her voice she was the one who looked irritated. No manners and patience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guy is rude, very unprofessional. Give the exact address but once they reach the location they will call you and you have to find them. Keep on shouting at the hall way. This kind of experience is very unacceptable makes me traumatized. Paying them expensive but the service is unscrupulous. This courier company deserve to be sued. I do not encourage either never never engaged with this company. Even 1 star don't deserve at all. Very unprincipled. This company serves for more than 10years but no improvement.
