Provide refreshments during the wait.
Friendly staffs workers.
A small playsite is available for kids. Although the children toys are little noisy and disturbing.
Maybe toys that don't make any noise would be a better choice for a public place like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service here. Almost all staffs are very professional and competent. They offer the best hospitality here and make every customers feel like a VIP. Free checking for long distance drive. Very comfortable waiting area with sofa and tv and newspapers. Free flow coffee and milo provided. The best part is the tv always on Nat Geo Wild!?
