★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appoiment 8.00am and I come at 7.59am. Wait until 8.30, but still cannot handover the car for service. Very slow action from the customer service. May not consider to come again.

Actually i hv set my mental that wherever service center i go, there will be one result , either it is the good service center or the bad one.
One thing for sure , i must send my proton cars to the proton service center untill the km meter show 100 K km . that is a must as stated in the warranty matter.
For me it dont bother me waiting for three or four hours for the car to be serviced. I hv a smart phone and the internet line and an earphone, so waiting is just a matter of watching movie at the phone.
I always make the booking. For the best result i take the early morning session. At that time they are all fresh and available at their table. So no more long waiting.
Normally i arrived at the center at 745am and i go home at 930 am.
