Bad service. My bills total up at RM500++ when I check back the bill they OVERCHARGE me. My total bill was only at RM300++ can you imagine if I blindly pay? And then I ask the staff at cashier counter how many medicine was prescribe, he said 4. When i come collect at the pharmacy they gave only 3 item. ? Lucky I asked. Need to improve a lot. Staff at emergency very not proffesional. Too playful. MC was given last minute not immediately. Very bad la senang cerita . Not a good experience for me.

I would call myself a regular patient as my parents have been coming here since i was a small boy, and i too came by during my breaks and would like to share my experience. I came here for a simply consultation. I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but Grace to God i had a wonderful opportunity to meet Dr Gauri. Not only she spent time explaining everything i want to know through writing and drawings, she took the trouble to call and update me my doubts. Keep up the good work and great hospitality TDMC. Will come back again when i am back down

I have been here many times. So far from the customer service reception til end of treatment, everything is exceptional. Front desk counter, nurses, doctors are all professional. Two of the doctors are practically the best, Dr Lim of Paed and Dr Chan. Very good doctors.

Today, my mum went to the Taman Desa Medical Centre for a check-up with Dr. Christopher Fatinathan, the resident physician. He is very professional and extremely attentive – thoroughly going through everything with my mum to try to get to the bottom of her issues. We want to thank Dr. Christopher and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Probably THE WORST SERVICE I've ever had in a hospital. I walked in to the ER with an open wound on April 1st and the doctor who came in to attend to me seemed like he was in a daze. (12AM) He checked my wound and told me that they'll glue it up first and if it doesn't work then opt for stitches. While they were preparing for the session I asked the Doctor and the assistant if we should just stitch it up, he said this would suffice. Asked me to come back in 3 days for wound inspection and dressing charged me for a whopping RM320. And to add on, the 2 staffs at the Pharmacy took forever to get me my medication and discussing if they should give it to me, (I'm assuming it's a medication they had a hard time finding it on the system) this is based on what they were discussing while i was waiting in pain. I had no confidence to go back to them for a follow up.. Hence I went to a clinic nearby only to find out that the glue didn't close up my wound and it cannot be stitched as the skin around my wound has hardened up. What kind of a bloody service is this? and how is my RM320 bill justified? Taman Desa Medical Centre should either start paying for good locums or shut down your dysfunctional hospital! Shame on you for having such a poor Emergency medical service and for robbing people's money just like that! The Dr who treated me was addressed as Dr Bharat

I made an appointment to collect my medical report at 9am today. I arrived on time but was told that the doctor was attending to an emergency case. Understandably, I waited. At the time of this writing, I have been waiting for TWO hours plus and still no sign of the doctor appearing. There is no contingency plan, no backup doctor. I was even suggested to come back at a different time, as if I have all the time in the world. There is no commitment to an estimated time that I can expect to see the doctor. I was told that I have to pay extra if I want another doctor to go through my report with me. I reasoned with the staff that while the management requests patients to respect the staff (don't be rude to them, be patient, don't shout at them, etc), it appeared that patients don't have any rights there in terms of being attended to at a reasonable time or given the chance to be heard unless you press on. I thank myself for being politely persistent and finally they arranged for a doctor to see me without extra charge. So, TDMC, I urge you to review your efficiency in looking after your patients/customers and not subject us to this kind of treatment when you are short of staff. Don't do it at our expense, be it time or money. The medical centre really needs to look into this matter as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this unpleasant experience. Today's episode was truly a disappointment. I sincerely hope this will never happen again.

If you are curious about the costing - my diagnose was ear infection on the left. Cost me MYR474.10 Level of attention and way they speak to you differs on your financial background. I was tapping to co insurance tthen decided to head of elsewhere.

My wife can to deliver our second baby here. The nurses in the labor ward were nice and friendly. Dr. Mak came to the hospital in 2am to conduct emergency delivery for my wife. Dr. Lim was very thorough in his inpections and explaination on my baby.
