★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like their bread here as compared to many other bakery shops around. Prices are comparable too, but taste better. They accept TnG e-wallet too. Photos are CNY cookies sold during CNY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and has lots of potential. However, lots of room for improvement. Service staff doesn't know how to recommend, sell nor explain. Some food items needs improvement. You can be Usain Bolt but you can't walk in a race. Good luck and hope you keep improving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad review, ordered a cake online at 17th June, will arrived at 19th June (I did choose the delivery time slot of 1-3pm), However, on the next day I have contacted the WhatsApp number which was stated in the website for time changes to 11-1pm. The staff said okay for the time changes, and I expected the cake will arrive at the time between 11am - 1pm. (I did confirm with them whether the number is 'Kobo Bakery' and he/she said YES)
I didn't receive the cake until 1.30pm, then I called them to confirm if the cake was delivering. However, both contact that shown in the website was not available. After searching for quite some times, we only found a contact that is 'Active'.
Through the phone conversation, it is very obvious that the staff did not notice about my order and the time changes. She asked her colleague whether the cake I ordered still have stock. I was like ???
So you guys didn't see the website order?
Then, we received a 'Collapsed Cake' which you can see from the picture I attached. They redelivered another cake for us and took back the cake from me. To be honest, I haven't seen any store that collect back the damaged cake from customer as I have sent the video and photo of the cakes to their WhatsApp as a proof and for them to investigate.
To mention, the staff didn't apologies for their mistake and is very unpolite through the phone call. And they seen my message for requesting time changes at first.
This is truly a bad experience for me. Won't order anything from your store anymore. Your cake taste quite nice, but the service is very very very bad. Punctuality, politeness, and customer service is a very important key for business. And please don't be so defensive on bad reviews. Hope you can improve on this matters and update the phone number if the number was not active anymore.

Very nice and spacious dine-in areas where you can have their pastries or meals here beside, they also serve hot & cold beverages. It's good place to have some breakfast or tea-time.

The only con here is they only accept cash, online transfer or Touch N Go eWallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for lunch today - 5 May 2022. I'm wondering if you place your staff at the cashier to discourage people to order or just bad choice of hiring for the wrong job. Young Chinese lady with spectacle. She doesn't speak any language but Mandarin so it was like chicken and duck conversation between us. She speaks so softly and mumbles as she speaks, my husband had to ask her to repeat few times to get what she wanted to say. She has zero expressions and doesn't look like she enjoyed being there. We gave our order and she didn't even keyed into the system then she asked us again for our order. Did you place a robot there? I don't expect much from cashiers but this one really baffled me! Even my husband who is a pure simpleton also had bad impression about her and voiced his annoyance in dealing with her attitude.
