★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only that their consultation price is unreasonable and inconsistent, (Rm20 for my first visit and rm35 during my recent visit which both visits lasted for less than 5 minutes) their service offered is very questionable which caused the death of my hamster on that day itself. My hamster was showing signs of blood coming out from her private part and brought her for a checkup cause I know that blood coming out from hamsters' private parts is very serious. Alas, I went home with nothing. Let alone a prescription. All they told me was to get a urine sample from the hamster and get it back to her after 5 days eventhough I "clearly" said my hamster is a stubborn kind which she won't pee anywhere else unless it's in her litter bowl. But, she insisted I should come back after 5 days regardless of getting the urine sample successfully or not to get the meds prescription for her "infection". Quoted from the vet itself, she said that they can't identify the illness if no test is run on my hamster's urine sample and added that they will prescribe medication regardless of getting the samples or not in which the meds won't affect her overall health if she is healthy. Then, why not prescribe it in the beginning? Or better, at least some kind of medication that fights off the infection in her?
Just to paint a picture, it's like a doctor not prescribing antibiotics or any kind of meds for his/her patient and telling the patient to come back after 5 days eventhough that patient ran to the clinic clearly saying that he has bad stomachaches, headaches, coughs etc etc.
In the end, I'm disappointed and utterly devastated. I lost a loved one which I know means nothing to the lot of you. I even ordered various kinds of treats for her which is still otw as I'm writing this. Thank you and have a good day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place few times.. Manage to gave the best services even tho pick hours... Even tho there few customer infront me but i didn't felt like i wait so long, bur suggested to book an appointment if u x want to wait... Patience towards animals, Dr and staff explains in detail regarding price and consequences on any procedure before done anything on ur pets... Kindly advise to this Vet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hamster died because the doctor there didint give us specific information to let us take care. They just ask us to go back one week after the first treatment amd they didnt tell us that the hamster cant eat after the treatment. The second time we go back it just tell that the anesthetic gas make my hamster weak then they mention the food they sell us to feed her and after the second treatment she died after 6 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my rabbit in here to get an eye infection treated. They just gave me eyedrops. I later find out that it was actually a protruding third eyelid, and she was having a flu. Doctor did not assess her properly and I ended up having to bring her all the way to Subang.
If you're not comfortable or familiar with handling small animals, please say so. Stop wasting other people's time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hamster tea was sick when we found this vet their were many good reviews we trusted it and booked a time for him we went there doctor said nothing serious. He gave vitamin C, biothic and eye drops because my hamster's eye was bruised. We came home he was still very weak we thought after spending RM133.50 he would recover and become better. Turned out to be a scam i was so sad i loved him like my child i trusted the doctors and this is what i get in returned my hamster is getting really weak not able to move and able to eat... his gone already. never come to this vet there not professional, reliable. If u love ur pets never come here. Doctor u better be careful at night my hamster will surely hunt u and watch out for the last 2 years of ur life. If u don't know how to help animals just don't ur just killing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was very nice and professional, I brought my hamster in 3 days ago for a wart removal. The doctor explained the steps of the surgery and explained the risks of the surgery clearly as well, in addition to answering any questions I had about post-op care. Now my hamster is back to running around without a big wart in her ear anymore. Definitely recommend this vet for future visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My and our Fur Kid are indeed blessed to have met the doctors in this place. They are very informative and honest in every step of approach for my schnauzer. All the necessary tests recommended were relevant. That’s the only way to know what is going on inside and outside of my girl. They are people with passion in what they do. I have confidence with everyone there because they always give their best for the animals brought to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors were so nice to my Oatmilk even tho he was so nervous and anxious. Oatmilk has been to so many vets for his chronic diarrhoea and this is one of the clinics that managed to solve his problem. The doctors were so nice to explain everything to me and didn’t force any tests that they deem unnecessary onto Oatmilk. They even called to follow up with Oatmilk’s condition, and I could feel their sincerity.
