★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysia's Premier A Levels college really offers something different. The path here is tough, with continous exams, tests, events and challenges but like in a boot camp, you get out as a person whom the world will not see the same way again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolej Yayasan UEM (KYUEM) is a very good and prestigious "pre-university" college at Lembah Beringin (Tanjong Malim).
It is not easy to get enrolled and to be accepted into this college. Wealth does not guarantee you a place; it all comes down to good academics. Therefore the students there are all well-rounded.
Almost half of the student yearly intake are from scholarship sponsored institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verbal abuse from the local economics teacher was appalling. While complaints were made against her, she became more aggressive against her targeted victims. I won't be surprised that she hasn't been promoted after teaching in this college for more than a decade. How do you justify your tuition fee to the parents while the quality of your teacher is highly questionable?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I have good memories of the friendship established in this college. In term of teacher's quality, I would advise parents to be extremely careful while choosing this college especially when your kids have weak mental health. I myself was a victim experienced the ill-treatment/verbal violence by an economics teacher during my 2-year stay. All sorts of belittling criticisms/remarks in class or was even called to meet her in teacher office "advising" me to change my Uni course as she was of the view that I would not be successful; proudly and loudly making such remark in public and even asking her colleague to affirm the accuracy of her statement. If I were to heed her self-centered remark, she would have totally ruined a student's future. Hope that this college has improved its teacher quality (both academic and attitude) by now.
