The base is man-made. If it's in natural forest, great!

Kombat Zone Paintball is great place for casual paintballing in and around Taman Melawati. Basic amenities include well maintained toilets a common shaded ground for eating or combat planning and a paid parking area (RM3 per vehicle). As for the playing field, there are two; refer to the below photos. The field is indeed small and stealth is not an option. There are no natural cover, nor tunnels or etc and the only cover you can get from one field are empty barrels. The other playing field has wooden shacks but, pop your head from that, rest assured that you'll get slammed. The paintball equipments are quite good, however, the velcro straps of the vests are almost completely worn out, risking shots hitting directly on your body (which can be #&$&#-ing painful). Helmets are ok but some helmets can't really sit on ones heads. Own equipments are strongly advised. Another thing I'd like to complain is their way of handling their pellets. By right, they are supposed to fill their paintball markers to the brim, however, they only fill half of it, and due to them pre-filling the paintballs into a box before filling it into the guns, some balls may become soft due to Malaysia's humidity. On the whole, if you're an experienced player of Paintball, I strongly recommend you to spend your cash on other, more interesting bigger fields. I seriously think Kombat Zone Paintball can redeem themselves if they combine the two fields and come up with serious cover and interesting flanks, than just focusing on monetising it by the introduction of two small uninsteresting fields. But if you're a newbie wanting for some action, you won't have any complains. Cheerious!

Pricing ok. Rm80 for 500 pellets. Good for 3 games. Or 2 if you're trigger happy. One thing to note is that the masks tends to fog up pretty fast. Which seriously hampers gameplay. If they upgrade the masks to a better ventilated one would be best. Location is kinda remote, deep in d jungle. Internet is very slow there so GPS might not work. But there are signs to guide you in.
