★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch time from 1pm to 2pm and im sitting here at the Registri FLJC & Rayuan Sivil at 2.20pm still waiting to get a certified copy as the staff is not back from lunch. So hard luck for people who are in a rush..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their attitude is very terrible. The Counter 2-4 were keep chatting & ignoring my presence when I walked in. They didn't even call their colleague out when Counter 6 was nobody there, but asked me to call his extension myself. En. Nabil (Counter 6) was very unfriendly when giving guidance on how to file up a civil case. He took a long time to search for an application form for my case and sounded extremely frustrated when told me to type the form and handwritten form is not accepted. He didn't guide further on the documentations and steps on the whole procedure. He even teased my claim amount is too little which the procedure fees will spend more than that figure. I file up a claim for JUSTICE fight, regardless of the amount, and I trust that shall be the purpose of a court to be set up for in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is old and complicated. First time there so asked the reception but was directed to the wrong place (wrong building). Some counters were chit chatting and just ignore my presence even I am the only customer around that time. The service was bad and not efficiency, as they required 2 weeks just to verify a document that they issued. Parking was rather huge and managed to found one during my visit.

If the parking space is full, just go to next door (across the street between the Court Building and SUK) where there are plenty of space...
The food court is OK. Can be crowded early morning.
Just wish they had wider space and redo the painting. It's rather old already.
