★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The LRT experienced at disruption / delay at KLCC station today, 9th Sept 2016 about 9.15am. No doubt part of the systems electrical glitches.
The major safety issue from my perspective was that the train doors were not aligned with the platform doors; the sliding platform doors were open and overlapped the emergency break out doors on the platform - result whilst we opened the trains internal doors via the emergency release - passengers could not access the emergency break out doors.
The station staff did not even know how to close the platform sliding doors so passengers could escape.
If there was smoke in the carriage - DISASTER.
Passengers eventually made their way to the end train door which was off the platform proper and escaped single file.
KLCC Station staff - 0 out of 10 for their efficient management of the situation - I am sure it can be done better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try taking Rapid KL on a long weekend at Kelana Jaya LRT.
The buses all will disappear,keeping passengers waiting in agony.
To sum up,the service delivery is substandard.
Only the buses look new but the mentality and attitude of most of its human resources is very backward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The RapidKL counter staffs are always rude, especially Cahaya LRT & Cempaka LRT. So far only those counter staffs at Bukit Bintang MRT Station are nicer. Certain bus drivers also very rude. I've seen a bus driver drove the bus when an old lady was trying to get into the bus, and the driver scolded her. I hope RapidKL provides your counter staffs and bus drivers some manner training. If the management can do some undercover spot check, you'll notice all these problems are happening everyday. It gives such a bad image for RapidKL and Malaysia (especially this year is tourism year).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be a Depot for the Putra line LRT trains when LRT Kelana Jaya station was the last stop. Now the LRT line goes as far as Putra Heights and from there one can transit to Sri Petaling line. A relative clean and less crowd station. Also lesser feeder buses available and less convenient stores available. The crew staff are generally helpful. Parking may be limited during peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 'depoh' few years ago when Kelana Jaya station used to be the last LRT station. Still a 'depoh' with additional LRT station. I don't know much about photography but I always got a stunning shot taking photo around here. The athmosphere, natural lights it just there. The end, it still a 'depoh'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located station near the suburbs. The line connects commuters to Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Quite busy on a Sunday when people travelled to Kuala Lumpur by rail thus reducing the need to drive what more during the rainy reason when some roads would be unindated with flash floods thus trapping road users. Its great to see families taking the train spending quality time together during the school holidays. Unfortunately there are still passengers that took up seats reserved for the elderly and do not even bother to give their seat to these people.
