There are a few F&B with nice food and good service at Evolve Mall Pacific Place such as 10 Years, Dawn and Am Sander. Less crowded so parking is easy and waiting time is short.

Sick management, has ample of parking place, but use all the stupid ways, attempt to force all the residences' vehicles to the most bottom level in underground. This could be a very nice place to stay, if and only if they stop this stupid parking policy.

VERY bad management but they think they are doing a good job. The management does not give any consideration to the residents after recently implementing NEW parking system which is intended to make things inconvenient for residents. There are ample parking spaces on the LG, B1 and B2 of block F but noooo, residents have to park in the dirty and badly lit B3 where no security guard even dares to be stationed. As if the Mall is so popular that it needs the whole LG, B1 and B2 to be reserved for it. Residents paid premium for this propeerty and pay monthly maintenance but in the end treated like third class.

Pros: not crowded; clean and close to LRT. Many restaurants around. EVolve and Citta malls are nearby. Rooms are spacious and the security guards are good. Cons: parking is a real Hussle. Visitor parking you need to pay 7 myr / entry to these horrible guys. traffic lights in the area are Soo slow. Management office sucks. Small swimming pool and unequipped gym. Overall is good place to stay in.

Have moved here since October 2016. The management is really very lousy. Looks like they only mind all the stupid petty issues, making residents life difficult especially parking issues. They cordoned all the free parking, forcing all users to go basement. What's the point? All I can see is just another method to take more money from the residents. Health and safety concern they can totally ignore, including a fire door that can only be accessed from the lift but not the side of the stairs. Once the lift broke own, I used the emergency stairs to find that the fire resistance door cannot be opened. This kind of emergency issue they don't address but focus on raking money from residents. The basement parking is filthy and dusty, despite the state that it's a new building but the thickness of the dust looks like have been accumulated since 10years ago. Most disappointing apartment management ever.

Not many outlets are open. Not much foot traffic. The only plus points here are the Jaya Grocer and Texas Chicken. They have a constant foot traffic that is not heavy but sufficient. Very few outlets unlike the nearby similar shopping areas. The above view has not changed since my last edit. The residents underground parking is dingy. There's something strange about parking here. The parking at the basement level 1 is never used. If you are a resident here, you're forced to use basement 3 or two. If you are a visitor to the shops, you will find a lot of parking lots near the topmost parking area but are not able to use them. To me, there's some dispute in the parking management. To leave potential parking underutilized for years, speaks volumes about management ideals. To promote attractions, maybe, residents parking should be rearranged to a higher level and with visitor lots adjacent to the residents parking area. This would encourage residents to be visited and subsequently shopping or eating out within the outlets at Pacific. The success of the commercial outlets will depend on how well parking is arranged for residents, as it will mean more vistors for the residents. This will in turn mean more business for the place. It's a knock on advantage. Take care of the residents and the residents will support businesses that will be attracted to a well adjusted and satisfactory parking arrangement for the visitors and residents together. Being family is helping each other function well.

Stay here around one year, experienced two time electricity failure, what the hell?!! Please just fix it instead of just coming out an announcement letter stated electricity failure!
