β β β β β TCM Loh is good at his consultant job and his prescriptions of herbs r good. He supplies good quality herbs from his shop. 1st time I encounter one TCM sensei does consultation, gives prescription, brews d herbs, pack and delivers to your home.

β β β β β Best and most efficient Herbal Tea Shop I have ever visited so far in KL, as I'm a fan of θ¦θΆ. I didn't go for clinic whenever I have ε·ι’¨ε³ε½εε¨η (flu/cough/sore throat),coz western medicine didn't work on me in these cases.
I go for herbal tea and add powder for whatever symptoms I had accordingly. I used to be a regular customer for KongWohTong but after I found this place I just stick to them.
Though is bit pricey, like 3 times the price of KWT, but is also come in bigger bowl. And most importantly, it's much more effective.

β β β β β Their products and selection is good but bad attitude and service. Not accommodating at all. Ordered wrong items, called them immediately after within minutes, they wouldn't allow me to change/cancel to do a re-order - the items I ordered is not even prepared food. It's dry packets of medicine and bottled drinks which they can easily put back on shelf. Also, twice it has happened where we ordered delivery and one of the bottles of teas is raincid and going bad, first time we didn't want to bother but second time now. It would help that they have expiry or manufacture dates on the herbal tea drinks with best before dates.

β β β β β Herbal tea in a cafe setting. Interesting decoration. Very comfortable and with air-conditioning. Some retail products available as well like tea, coconut oil, and ginger powder. All sorts of herbal tea available, mostly pre-bottled and cold. You can also order double boiled soup that comes with rice and herbal tea if you are feeling hungry. The herbal jelly has a softer texture, but a strong taste.
