โ โ โ โ โ Good choice of jewelleries with great designs but insufficient number of salesperson. I stood there for a few minutes but were not entertained by anyone as there were overflowing number of customers so i left for other shops on the same row.

โ โ โ โ โ Kopatha Jewellery is not selling quality ornaments, I bought a pair of ear studs and I noticed it was damaged and when ask about it with the bill, they were very rude in dealing this issue and I never ever go to there shop. One of the very bad experience I come across in Malaysia.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the stupid jewellery shop ever!!! We went to Klang branch and was waiting there. The old man who standing at the scanning counter allowed another customer who came after us. When we asked him, he said we didnt scan! What the hell!!! He should inform us to scan and allow us to enter but he told us that our duty is to scan! Is this the way he treat the customer and my wife is pregnant somemoreโฆthis is ridiculous!!!!! The guy in the the picture! We went to another Jewelerry shop who knows how to treat customers!

โ โ โ โ โ We went to purchase silver ring but they have so many collections of items made off silver like coins anklets baby accessories and many other items so we end up buying so many items from them and mostly the salespersons both the girl and the man were very cooperative with pleasant behaviour.
