★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both outlets at Jalan Bunus has a very odd lunch break..arrived around 3 ish waited for 30 minutes by the counter only to watch the customers arriving after us being attended too..maybe i wasnt dressed well to buy jewellery..plus point to their newbie staff Tara who acknowledged and helped us after noticing my wait..The customer service has dropped tremendously, been a customer since 2017, maybe ill have to re-think the next time i go here..Greeting customers and acknowledging them is an important aspect in customer service, maybe the store manager needs to address this.. too many ppl not practicing social distancing too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ring here, wanted a letter to be lasered onto the ring. Was informed it would take 4 days max. Took them a week to get it done n then during collection charged us extra for it, claiming they had to send it to someone else for it, hence the extra charges. No prior information given in regards to this and had the audacity to say they must have informed us.
Service given isn't satisfactory at all. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I most like Malabar shop as compare to other jewellery shops.
This shop have a lot of designs in jewellery and fine work.
As compare to other big jewellery shops, here (Malabaar) jewelleries are on market price whereas other have approx RM 45 extra gold price and making charge extra.
In Malabaar making charges are slightly higher side bcoz of ultimate work in jewellery.
On Bargaining They can give reduce some price but only in making charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff impolite including the Manager Mr Shakir, not friendly, they were so arrogant to serve customer. They try to running away from customer rather to serve & solve issues. Believe me from their face your won’t feel they act in manner.I’ve been there for three times, the last visit was terrible. The staff name Khadijah being so impolite & rude she after did mistakes, she raise the voice over me & didn’t ask for apology. Mr SriNath the finace was very good handling the issue & really polite person. Strongly not recommended to invest your money in gold here in Malabar Masjid India. They’re un-professional. Never return here!!!
