★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Followed my friends here to try out the food here based on some social media post. Definitely overrated. But overall food was just okay for the price, coffee was really bland, curry puff was too dry. Not worth your time if there is waiting line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have a breakfast or brunch. However parking is difficult and you need to start finding parking at the basketball court. Nasi lemak with red rendang is nice and the croissant with kaya butter tasted good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. I tried ayam rendang nasi lemak, i like the sambal and the acar. It costed rm8.90 and really worth the price. I can feel the freshness and efforts of making the food. Their beverage also considered cheap. The only pain point is the parking availability. It is really hard to find a parking slot. You have to park your car nearby the basketball court and it is just a 2-3mins walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu is small. Food is good, not awesome. People around are awesome though and friendly. Parking plenty at the time we went, just need to pay a little fee to the uncles that allow us to park at their location. Probably won't go out of my way just to come here and if there's crowd I definitely won't be waiting as I don't think any food are worth the wait. ? Drinks is good. Price reasonable.

The croissant is a must try. I like the ambience. They redecorated the side of the house into a cosy little alley for patrons. I really like the house..it reminds me of my grandparents house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good old Kopitiam vibe with delicious food. Would recommend this place to foodie out there. Their coffee cham and tea cham is to die for. Less sweet but really kao. Downside of this place is the parking. U won't find a roadside parking nearby. Might need to pay RM2 or 3 to park beside the shop, or u can park a bit far at the basketball park nearby.
