โ โ โ โ โ I see my parcel stuck here for 3 days long, so I bet my luck tried to collect it here. But unfortunately, they donโt allow me to collect because they donโt even know where my parcel is in their store. In this case, you can see that #1 online shopping has no system at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Lazada hub Ampang... My parcel tracking show turn around with no reason...Ampang - KL - Puchong - KL again than arrived to cheras.. Took 11 day to reach customer. Others lazada hub is fast..

โ โ โ โ โ In such a large area, there are only 2 drop off points left for me to go. The road is narrow and parking is troublesome. I really don't understand why lazada has to cancel so many drop off points. Also, drop off parcels are only allowed after 10am. They said they were busy before 10am and no one would take care of the parcels, fearing that they would be lost. . .

โ โ โ โ โ Although it was difficult getting through to them Via calls and WhatsApp but they were really helpful when I arrived unexpectedly to pick up my parcel. Appreciate the team helping me out and being so polite. Even the uncle security guard was a delight. Kudos to the team there !!
