★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered vietnamese beef noodle. The ingredients is not complete ( no been sprout) staff should inform customer if they dont have enough ingredients that stated on the menu. Dont cheat the customer!!! Staff named Hafika very rude, came to me and accused me of eating the noodle which i dont. Instead of saying sorry. She make face to me. Dont even offer for my food replacement. Management just simple hired this kind of staff? Im a Secret Recipe lover eversince 5 yrs ago. But i wont come again to Setia Alam secret recipe. Bad service ? attitude staff , management should provide training on how to handle customers complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR SERVICE - Cannot use any e-wallet apps due to the unstable internet connection there (told by the cashier lady). I feel disappointed because i am a cashless user and during this pandemic, we are supposed to avoid from using physical cash.
NO RECEIPT PROVIDED - I have to asked for the receipt and the cashier lady replied it took time to print out the receipt (something with the internet too yada yada) so she made the decision by not even notify me in the first place. Unacceptable! I feel annoyed and just left. What a shame SC Setia Alam.
Please take relevant action!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12.12 event, promotion of this set of spaghetti for RM12. After request to re-cook, by end the spaghetti source still COLD!!! Asking the waiter, he answers the kitchen too busy??? What kind of nonsense? Using plastic fork and spoon.... Come on, I'm not take away... Will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secret Recipe is my favourite. It's a stylist and welcoming new furnishings. For cheese lovers, here's a new edition oh Hokkaido triple cheese cake. Soft textures, very sweet, moderate cheese cake. 3 type of cheese in a cake will definitely give you a mouthful experience of cake eating. Get it on teatime special with a coffee or tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard from my friends that we get good cake options at secret recipe. I ordered cakes from this place twice for birthdays and was disappointed on both the occasions. The cakes are dry and do not taste good and fresh. My family also disliked their cakes. Not value for money at all. Will never order cakes from this place again.
