★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the Name says its really a Oceanic Affair. The fish cake is simply delicious don't be deceived by the ordinary look, crispy on the outside succulent on the inside. I had pork soup noodles with ample of fresh fish pieces. Loved every bite. Most importantly friendly service, seeing a new face this gentlemen promptly promoted their favourites. Giving a sense of comfort. Be aware their portions are large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine there, but take away items been high light to the waiter yet served for dine in. Worst part is, ordered yum cake take away, but was given others left over Chee Cheong Fun. Take away treat for my good friend turned nightmare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laotan have only last month moved from their shop facing Water Theme Park to their current location. Although this is a corner shop, they do not have use of any extra space. There is a lane that divides the two rows of shop houses.
The staff is the same and so is the food. It is still consistently good. Seating arrangement in the new shop is much better compared to the old shop. It's also brighter and airier.
