★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth & seamless admission to ward using my PruBSN (insurance) medical card. Great medical service & friendly environment. Specialists are experienced & have great soft skills. The nurses are competent & friendly. Cleaning staff regularly clean the room each morning. All are single rooms (no sharing) which is comfortable for families to visit or sleep in. Food menu catered to what sickness you have, however the road noise is loud during the middle of the night. I wish KBMC would soundproof the rooms to minimize noise pollutioon. The room interior might look rustic but overall I would definitely choose KBMC over any other private healthcare institution here in Kota Bharu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went for routine pregnancy check up at kbmc on 16th june 2019 (today) and my plan was to give birth at the centre. My due is in july (1 month left).
Apparently i had a very dissatisfied experience with the staff at the registration counter. Not one but most of them are lack of communication and social skills. I feel like im not being treated professionaly. The way they talk to me was like im some kind kid. They did not address me as puan or cik or mdm or miss.. they ask me to measure my weight and once i did it, another staff ask me to measure again,i told them i already did. And to my surprised,they asked me what my weight was?!!! I was like,what?? There is no proper guide or direction from the staff..they act like they are from 'kampung' and the way they talk is like they never been trained for service industry. I immediately cancelled my check up and i will not give birth at kbmc and will not recommend this centre to any of friends amd relatives ever. We paid for services but this is the worse service ever!! Theres a lot of competition out there, i can opt for kpj or annur or annisa or simply gov hospital if kbmc service is worse thn gov hospital. Whos's gonna pay thousands of ringgit at kbmc if tge staff themself dont even know how to adress their customer properly. Please train your staff.. i was not even mention about their rudeness towards my friend who accomponied me yet! Worse experience ever.. wont go to kbmc again ever!
