Cuti raya cina haritu saya ada buat D&C at this hospital sebab janin xgrow. And yet, 2 3 hari lepas buat rase sakit perut semacam. Bile balik K.L check n scan, masih ada lagi saki baki dalam rahim, sebesar 1.6. and keep bleeding. What have annisa ( doctor) done to me? Give a call, talking to nurse, die cakap doctor akan return call balik. 2x call tp until today still xreceive any call from that doctor. errrmmm.. 2nd buat D&C kat pusrawi, baru rase lega sket perut. 2x sakit ye..And yet, time kat annisa, silap masuk ubat kt tgn, xmasuk betul, smpai bengkak. a few days baru surut. SORRY TO SAID, SNGAT XPUAS HATI...2X SAKIT, 2X BAYAR. I akan buat report and complaint kalau dalam mase terdekat ni if doctor and any representative from annisa xcall and clarify this issue. Buat keje main2.

Something is better than nothing

This is an Islamic private maternity clinic that boasts an all female team. Reading the website, you're assured that there won't be any last minute male doctors coming to have a peek at your lady bits. Assurance to the husbands also (even though technically if they want to ignore the 'harus' ruling for a male doctor, female doctors aren't allowed to see anything from the waist to knees either.) 3 hour wait for a scan. Not acceptable since I made the effort to come early. What was annoying was that the doctor was in, but was giving a ceramah to the staff, audio of which was piped into the waiting room. Ceramahs should be done outside opening hours given that they are not a core medical activity. Overheard was a woman who had just given birth and came in for an appointment, but her doctor was not in at the set time. I support the mission of the practice to provide an all female Islamic environment, but there's nothing Islamic about not being punctual for appointments, or making paying customers wait. I initially chose to come here as I heard good reviews and also wanted to make sure I'm not taking too much time off just to visit a clinic. But I see no value visiting this clinic anymore since there's no respect for customer's time. You might want to consider other private clinics with better customer service to get value for your ringgit. Even better would be to save that cash and visit government clinics which tends to be more thorough. Prints sonogram pic for free too. Stars for friendliness, but taking 3 off because they made me wait then fork cash for wasting my time.
