Love it. The only downside about this place was it looks like poorly managed. Lights in Some of the rooms were broken and they should cut the lawn.

An impressive fort in the past given the technologies and resource to build it in the past in this little island. However, maintenance of the heritage site is simply not up to satisfaction. The front entrance were fill with bricks and sands. Probably, the pride on cultural history is not too great. Actually beside the beautiful palace, you could stroll around the surrounding village which I think preserving unique architecture. I wonder if there's historian who has write about this island? Driving around this island is tricky because the road is quite narrow to avoid incoming cars.

Visit here after museum state terrenganu, better than museum as it's still keep original way to show us their old life style. Knew more about malay traditional house after visit here. Appreciate that we still have a chance to visit here

One of the places to see in Kuala Terengganu is this old fort. History enthusiasts will love to walk within this house. There's a few exhibitions inside the house but don't expect a tour guide or anything. It is a bit rundown but you can enrich yourselves about the malay heritage of this old fort which has Terengganu influence all over it. There's only one guard at the entrance and no entrance fee for this fort. Honestly, Terengganu State tourism could do a better promotion for this place.

Little beautiful fort... glad it's being taken care off properly... The security guard is so friendly. Condition is still well maintained. Environment is clean, hopefully it will be maintained properly in the future as well.

Can't really go inside as it looks creepy and full with bushes. No one taking care of this place, I think. Pity that I really want to come here.

Classical fort like house. It's built around 1920 and rebuild in the 90s. The architecture looks amazing as it takes us back in time. There are some house appliances for view. Outside of the house have 2 - 3 well but dried up. Those who love history and architecture, will enjoy your trip here. Entrance is free for all.
