โ โ โ โ โ Try to avoid this bus at all cost. Here are some really serious reasons
1) they will stop at multiple locations for driver's toilet break.
2) rude.
Left sg nibong at 8.30am arriving at ipoh at 11.30am. (3 toilet breaks)
Disgusting

โ โ โ โ โ Not worth any star. Shah alam to penang took about 8 hours. Expected total travelling time 5 hours as stated in the online ticketing website. Too many stops in between. Definitely a big NO for me

โ โ โ โ โ First of all. Delay for 2 and a half hours. And then when arrive the bus driver is all moody and rude...like hello i just asked if i can bring my luggage with me and he was super rude to me and act annoyed somemore i jist ask a 5 second question like... Hello we are the one who should be annoyed not the driver. Ugh they also speak rudely to other passengers based on my observation. Never using kpb again lollll

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and son took the bus for the first time from Ipoh Amanjaya- Johor Bahru terminal Tun Aminah..but guess what, the driver and his assistant drop them at Skudai Parade PETRON station and gave the reason the are not going inside. Then, 2nd incident, after my wife get down she opened the luggage door at bottom all by herself and took out the luggage bag. But she can't close it as a woman she is not strong, then the driver shout at her for not closing it. See, we bought the ticket coz they mentioned drop off point at terminal Tun Aminah which is very near to my house. But they didn't. Then, the driver, Chinese man and his assistant, Malay man..at least 1 suppose to help the passengers the take their bags..so closing or opening are to be done by them. Not passengers themself. Such a bad service from this KPB...this is the 1st and definitely last time we use this nonsense bus express.

โ โ โ โ โ Despite all the negative comments here, I would like to share my experience with KPB Express. I try to be as objective as possible and leave the judgement for the reader.
I travelled from TBS to Parit Buntar. Supposedly 5pm, the bus arrived at 5.30pm. Given it was a working day, the timing is just OK; not great.
The bus stopped at Ipoh exit for toilet break and after 15 minutes or so, continued to Ipoh bus station. Note that, I did not pray Maghrib and Isha yet at that time.
I arrived at PB 5 minutes past 10. Overall, my experience with KPB Express is OK.
I rate 2 out of 5 because the lack of proper break time, usually for 30 minutes, for dinner and pray. For me, this is the bare minimum for any express bus in Malaysia.
P/s: My seat had a working USB port that I dearly appreciate as my phone battery is very low at that time.

Customer service: Good ( Agent helped to reschedule due to Covid-19)
Solat: Yes ( especially Zuhur/Asar)
Safety+driving: So far, so good

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst buses I have ever been on. Beware the drivers will take alternate routes and stop for toilet breaks at all given times. My trip from penang to kl was a good 6 hours. Terrible! Best to use plusliner

โ โ โ โ โ The assistance male driver of KPB BUS (PPF 2815) didn't HELP me up as I asked for my seat (earlier booking seat no: 3A) instead of other seat no seat with other passengers..
But he said to me that only the LAST seat at behind this bus, although I'd highlighted that my seat is no 3A with ticket proof (has been occupied by other passenger).
Frankly, I'd paid for the ticket fare which is charge me RM45/trip and also requested the seat on earliest just want to avoid to seat closer with other passengers through twin seat in the bus!!!
I hope mgmt will improve the service bus especially to try listen what passenger say as we not to have arguments with driver assistance, but, but at least you guys understand why we bought the ticket earlier so they can get the priority to select the seats which customers wanted. And end up the customer unable to get their seat which bought earlier and force to seat the seat which is left behind... Disappointed much!!!!
From 3pm depart from Penang Central to TBS it took 8hours arrive!!!
