Sind von Singapur nach Georgetown mit dem Starmart Express. 13h problemlos.
Wir hatten das Ticket per Internet gekauft und die Bestätigungsmail ausgedruckt. Damit gingen wir eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt ins Starmart-Büro, im Golden Mile Komplex (Eingang Beach Road). Bekamen unsere Fahrkarten ausgehändigt, die Busnummer und das Kennzeichen des Buses. Fast auf die Minute pünktlich fuhr der Bus ein. Unsere Tickets wurden kontrolliert und auf einer Liste abgehakt.
Die Sitze waren breit, ließen sich weit zurück stellen und man hatte viel Beinfreiheit. Jeder Sitz hatte eine USB-Ladeanschluss und eine Massagefunktion (naja).
Der Grenzübergang war easy. Alles ging zügig. Es wurde geschaut, dass der Bus wieder vollständig war.
Insgesamt hat der Bus mehrmals gehalten, man durfte aber drinnen bleiben und weiter schlafen.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Kommunikation mit dem Fahrer etwas knapp war, er hat einfach fast nichts gesagt, so dass der halbe Bus an der Endstation erstmal sitzen bleib...
...und wie so oft in Asien wurde die Klimaanlage des Buses auf Kühlschranktemperaturen abgekühlt.
Kann mich aber sonst nicht beklagen, verlief alles problemlos und einfach. Empfehlenswert.

Are from Singapore to Georgetown with the Starmart Express. 13h without any problems.
We bought the ticket online and printed out the confirmation email. With that we went to the Starmart office, in the Golden Mile complex (entrance to Beach Road) half an hour before departure. We were given our tickets, the bus number and the number plate of the bus. The bus pulled in almost on time. Our tickets were checked and checked on a list.
The seats were wide, could be moved far back and there was plenty of leg room. Each seat had a USB charging port and a massage function (well).
The border crossing was easy. Everything went quickly. It was seen that the bus was complete again.
Overall, the bus stopped several times, but you could stay inside and continue to sleep.
There is a star deduction because communication with the driver was a little tight, he simply said almost nothing, so that half the bus stays at the end station for now ...
... and, as is so often the case in Asia, the air conditioning of the bus has been cooled down to refrigerator temperatures.
Otherwise I can't complain, everything went smoothly and easily. Recommended.

I got their cancel immediately after I booked online. Even though they promised a refund over the phone, but they didn't respond to the inquiry and not refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say I didn't have a good experience. I had to board a van, which send me to one of it's boarding point at Taiping from Penang as I started my journey at 930pm on Day 1 to Singapore. I booked the last 2 seats but the seat cannot be lowered fully, one was spoilt and the driver can't do anything about it. When it reached JB, it routed to Tuas with multiple drop off points in between, not stated in the fine print. The entire journey took us 12 hours to reach back Singapore. Though we could still sleep on the bus, the overall experience is still bad and I won't suggest using them unless you are really on a tight budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad company with poor service. I booked a bus ticket from KLIA airport to Penang 1 week before my trip. It was then cancelled all of a sudden without further notice. I only acknowledged this cancellation when I reached the bus ticket counter. WTH they should have at least sent me an email regarding the trip cancellation a few days before the trip!!!
After the trip cancellation, I enquired them regarding a refund. It makes all sense to do this as the bus didn't even operate. However, they only allowed a reschedule of my bus ticket which I might not be travelling in the same route within one year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experian with this transport company. From Klia until Penang sentral took me about 10 hours to reach. If you are rushing please don't take this company. If you are free just ignore me.
