★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, convenient but not much on the specialist. U get to see the physician all the time instead of any specialist for specific reason. Imagine, they don't even have an inhouse cardiologist or respiratorist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go if u dont a have Medical card...If u pay the bills by cash sure come out like skeleton. The bills charges will make you ???. It is better to go to JB KPJ or other state KPJ because here they dont have enough expert Doctors n equipment to treat u if ur case are really complicated..so please dont waste ur time n money. Thank u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ENT specialist is very gentle and nice. The doctor demonstrate how the vacuum does not hurt during ear wax removal. Best ENT in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First two stars, missing informant and severe lack of employees, doctors are nice on the surface, but would suck you drier than a vacuum cleaner and make you bill more for extra unwanted service. Overall, not recommended except in emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in the ward here about six times since childhood. The biggest highlight of this hospital is the ENT specialist. The ENT specialist is the best and very nice & gentle. The service is excellent. The nurses made sure I didn't fall in the toilet and are very nice. Everything has a flaw and I suggest issues should be conveyed to the hospital's management. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father, Mr. Ong B.E., 81 years old was admitted to Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital from 4th to 16th September 2019 after being diagnosed with colon cancer. He was operated by Dr. Tan Chin Hoek (General Surgery) to remove the malignant tumour and warded in the CCU for 5 days.
Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tan Chin Hoek for his professionalism and dedicated care in treating my father. Special thanks also goes to Dr. How Lay Guan (General Medicine) for constantly monitoring and ensuring my father is well medicated towards his path of recovery. Both doctors would visit and discussed with us about my father’s condition daily even during their off-days and public holidays. We were very heartened by their care and concern shown, going beyond their professional duties.
Big thank you to all the CCU and ward 102 nurses and care assistants who took good care of my father with patience and dedication. They had shown us their compassion and humanity when facing with unco-operative patient and unpleasant situation when my father was unable to control his bowel multiple times a day. We are very grateful to all of who had rendered excellent services while still maintaining your friendly disposition.
Last but not least, we like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Khairul Hasanain Hamid (General Manager) for his kind support and assistance rendered to us during our period of stay and vulnerabilities. His exemplary leadership was clearly evident in his handling of patient’s matters and needs. We were truly impressed with the quality of care, professionalism and dedication shown to us by Kluang Utama Specialist Hospital and confident their patients will be in their good care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended unless emergency and no other option. Services are poor for the price they charge. Did an MRI, was provided the films without CD softcopy until being asked. CD provided with photocopy black and white paper as label. Still using brownish 1980s type of envelope for films.Please, for this price that was charged, provide a decent cardboard envelope with logos and prints. It doesn't cost much. I have been to other hospital for same service. Have not seen such a low class products provided so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A private hospital under the management of KPJ. Tawakkal Specialist Hospital with 6 units of 3 storey renovated shop houses. At present the only private hospital in Kluang. A new KPJ hospital will be in Taman Sutera readybin a few years time.
