★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and tidy. The design of the office is odd and funny. The MPK tried to modify the mall into office and it looks real funny...may be trying to cost save the money.????????????????????????????????????。
The services are ok.
However, Encik Faizal is 1ofthe best executive in the office, his friendly attitude and professionalism in service is one hard to find in public sector. He will follow up issues and give you an answer...with all his means. Syabas to Encik Faizal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new office building of Kluang Town Council. It's a bit far from town center but has enough parking spaces for customers. This building was formerly a shopping mall called Plaza Bintang Jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1). If you have payment to make, please ensure the amounts and copies. They will order you to sit down without helping even though they had made the mistake. This is the attitude of front desk personnel!
2). When you apply for business licence, they want all relevant documents including the building plan! Who would keep the building plan? Not even kept by MPK themselves, isn't it funny? According to many companies which have branches in Kluang, their overall comment is our assessment fees and licence fees are higher but yet the period of approval is the longest compare to other districts. Those civil servants here are working like on holiday vacation, they attend meeting almost everyday. It is uneasy to meet the head of each department because they are usually on leave.
3). About infrastructure in Kluang:- We are facing flooding here and there. Traffic congestions occurred especially at the T junction when you are heading towards the main road from your Taman. Lack of parking lots in town area.
