★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really small, squeezy, and basic lounge for a Krisflyer setup. It's not easy to find, given how small and hidden it actually is. You'll need to go to the satellite terminal, upstairs 2nd floor, and walk towards the left side past Plaza Premium Lounge. If you see the Thai airways lounge, you're in the right direction.
Food options are a little pathetic, so I usually come here only for the cup noodles before boarding the plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You take to because it is free, but why should loyal customers be treated this way? seats in dis-repair.. staff more interested in their mobile phones. food while scarce what there is, is terrible and I mean really bad.
Service hits an all time low when I ask for a bottle of water, apparently only tap water available. with my overall experience today I have no idea how SQ keep up this facade of a world class airline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food selection is limited and not refilled efficient. Utensils and cups are are not replaced when run out. Lounge is small filled with people and used utensils at seats are not cleared. Only nice gesture was the staff helped pregnant lady to find a seat. Many seats are for bags rather for people. Only one stuff at peak hour where there are many members just don't make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small Loung not so many Buissnes Class passanger. The food is OK but not much variaty. It is ok to spend some time there. But it is not a highlight at all. And it is hard to find you barely can see the entrance. It is on the opposite of the Thay Loung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food choices are limited and seems catered by same kitchen as Thai and Premium Plaza.
Definite better than Thai lounge in contradiction to what people said. Here you get red and white wine and a better quality liquor. Where Thai only offer cheap liquor like Gordon Vodka ?.
It's not a big lounge but it have some lounge chair and dining high tops and a coupe of small round dining tables.
I am surprised there are charging port for every two seats. Krisflyer Gold in SIN only had it along the walls.
The bathrooms were definitely sad but clean.
