★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this new Plaza Premium Lounge at klia2. It maybe smaller than the outlet at KLIA1. But this one has got a better ambiance. Hope it remains well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the newest Plaza Premium Lounges, located in front of Aerotel Hotel & Bar. It’s such a gastronomic lounge with variety of food to select and serve big meal most of the time until late. The seating is ok without big sofa, it has no shower as well which is its down part. However if u r hungry and need to charge your device and relax, that’s the place. Major passes such as Bank, Priority & Dragon Pass are accepted. Recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pandemic,food is no longer buffet -styled but limited to 2 orders per visit.Nasi lemak,curry mee ,omelette was nice but the Kam Heong chicken tasted not too good.Chicken was tough,rice was hard and didn't taste like Kam Heong at all.
Another annoying thing during my latest visit was that we were not given the can drink in the second order. I assumed it was because I didnt drink my first can yet.Well, it's our entitlement..I think it shouldn't matter whether I drink it there or not.Since mine was a free entry ( from some premier banking privileges),I didn't bother to ask for it ..although it did leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Next to KK mart and Aerotel,
Great variety of food and space!
Nasi lemak, your choice of eggs, noodles, cold cut, salad, hainan roti was my favourite!
VIP room, Meeting room are available for rent.
Way better than the one after security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and inviting space with a great range of food options. This is one of my favorite lounges where Priority Pass is accepted. The vegetarian pasta agliolio was honestly some of the best I've ever had (my compliments to the chef!). I even asked for a second plate of it. This lounge has lots of great seating options that have power outlets to charge your devices. I look forward to returning here soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is the best among all plazas premium in Malaysia, trumping the KLIA(1).
From the exit of ERL shuttle train, turn right till the end and take the escalator one floor up. You can’t miss.
It’s well managed by Aerotel, the next adjoining hotel. The service and hospitality are way way way better than the rest.
All the staff were excellent, professional and friendly, especially the front receptionist, so thank you Ms. Lim/ Lee. You are a shining example!
Due to covid19 pandemic, a few SOPs are implemented, namely contactless checkin, transactions and ordering from online menu (no buffet spread). The food was beyond expectation; presentation was visually appealing while the food was flavorful, you could actually taste the various aromatic spices in the nasi lemak chicken. Well done guys and gals! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge shout out to Chef Devaraj. The vegetarian aglio olio and creamy butter chicken were some of the best food I ever tasted. Being a regular customer of Plaza Premium Lounges in the past 11 years, I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely delighted to find such wonderful meals in this outlet. Chef Devaraj was also very attentive, polite and helpful. He came over to clarified my order when he saw that I ordered aglio olio instead of the tomato spaghetti enquired earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Plaza Premium Lounge left in KLIA2. The departure KLIA2 Hall has been closed.
Beside that, they no more serving buffet but alacarte and it takes sometime the food come to our table. We need to scan the QR code on the table to place the order ?
