★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 5/01/2020 12am we went to this Karaoke to celebrate Birthday in VIP room that charge RM52 for 2hrs and I paid cash to cashier. I n my wife went back after 1.5 hours but my staff continue the karaoke an other 2 hours and one of my staff Irwan want to pay the cashier ask RM104. He don’t know I already pay for first 2 hours. The cashier was not honest and steal additional RM52 and make the Karaoke bad name. On next day my staff go and ask the cashier give old grandma stories that we make the place dirty with cake ? and we drink alcohol. The cake only 6inch and we have total 15ppl and we buy Drink water at their shop.
Friends be careful went you go to this Karaoke.
To Kstar owner.
1. Pls fire the cashier that created bad name for RM52.
2.Pls. Advise the rules and regulation if costumer want celebrate Birthday.
3. Pls check your POS system are they full proof since your staff can steal money. I don’t know how many time u lose ur moneys that will cause you bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with friend. Never heard of this place before because its discreet location. Not really impressed with the mic and sound system. Luckily we took happy hour promotion rm10 per hour from 11am - 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, already call for reservation for 4 hours karaoke, but when arrive at the place, customer service said don't have record for the reservation, and need to wait for one hour because of their mistake... Karaoke's time from 4 hours become 2 and a half hours, so disappointed

Call booking at 9.30pm for booking
Phone pick up by girl asked to come at 11. 30pm. When arrive she said no record for booking.
