β β β β β The food quality is totally great! Went there for Saturday lunch, luckily the set lunch is available, if not the ala-carte menu abit pricey.. ?? Food were fresh and tasty. Beside this set, I feel others set lunch can be found in other Japanese restaurant with cheaper price.

β β β β β Dine in on 14th Feb 2022 for dinner around 715pm. Order of Udon and a hotpot was not served until 830pm. Calling bell for placing the order was ignore until have to walk to front desk to wave the hands to call for the waitress. The Junior Manager was absolutely rude (there's no other words can described on the rudeness), asking for sweet sauce (accordingly sweet sauce wasn't available, however the replied is THERE'S NO MORE SWEET SAUCE). Don't even bother to inform is the sweet sauce not available until we finish the all the served foods.

β β β β β Great food with lots of verity and the price is reasonable. The sashimi are fresh too. The restaurant is huge with lots of seats available.
However, the attitude of the staffs need to be improved, most of the staffs are not friendly and no manners.
I don't like the service here.
But still will come back for the food.

β β β β β A very bad experience dining in the restaurant.
The manager's attitude is very rude and I would say please improve on your staff quality.
We were waiting for the food for almost half an hour plus, and the waiter served food for the table who order later than us. The manager claimed that the kitchen had separated sections and our foods served late is due to all is with soup, and need more time. But the funniest is that table who order later than me is also food with soup.
After we reflect that the food came late, the manager take the menu from me in a very rude way and show his temper to us. Is that a correct way to deal with consumers? We politely ask him why the food come so late and just want him to have a check on it. But he answered us with unreasonable excuses and showed temper.
Actually, this is not the first time I dining with this restaurant, but I would say the staff attitude is getting worsen compared to 2019, which was the first time I went to the restaurant.

β β β β β My 1st visit for this Japanese restaurant in Penang island. Been to the one in icon city years ago before locked down and the sashimi are all very fresh in both outlets.
Ample parking space right outside the restaurant and they obey strict SOP. Private rooms are available if u have big crowds. Need to call before hand to book for the private room to prevent disappointment.
Foods are great excluding the wild boar teppanyaki which is a bit salty if u didnβt go with white rice.
Please remember to update ur MySejahtera up to the day u visit the restaurant. They need to check ur MySejahtera up to date before u dine in their restaurant

Good adequate distancing between tables and service is great.
I had the lunch bento and was very satisfied with the portion and combination!
