★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kurang berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan kstg. Sedikit feedback utk perhatian kstg bagi meningkatkan prestasi pada masa hadapan.
Saya call awal utk book kereta viva manual dengan harga RM100 sehari.
Bila nk ambik kereta tuh dimaklumkan last minute yg kereta manual xde n kena ambik auto....lepas tuh ada hati nk suruh bayar lebih utk auto padahal saya dh mintak manual awal2. Tapi nego dapatlah jugak harga manual utk kereta auto tuh....
Utk penyewaan harga tersebut saya harapkan kereta berada dlm keadaan yg baik tetapi ada benda yg buat saya risau bila dapat kereta tuh. Minyak hitam dh overdue by 5000 km, kereta penuh dgn calar bumper hadapan yg diskru semula sbb dh nazak.
Pada waktu malam hujan lebat jadi saya cuba guna wiper kereta.... wiper pun dlm keadaan yg menyedihkan dan hampir tercabut menyebabkan penggunaan wiper mengaburkan lagi penglihatan .
Ada miscommunication antara pekerja sendiri berkenaan pick up and drop off point kereta yg buat saya terpaksa tunggu kat satu drop off point lepas tuh dapat call suruh drop off tmpt lain...
Overall, perkhimatan yg diberikan kurang memuaskan. Tapi saya rasa jika pihak pengurusan kstg memastikan kereta berada dlm keadaan yg baik utk disewa dan segala urusan dgn pelanggan dimaklumkan dgn baik maka perkhidmatan mereka blh lebih cemerlang. Insya Allah kstg blh memperbaiki sistem mereka jika mereka berusaha lebih gigih dan saya harap kstg akan lebih maju pada masa hadapan. Matriye

I call early to book a viva manual for RM100 per day.
When I was driving the car I was told the last minute that the car was xde n getting auto .... then I had the heart to pay more for auto when I asked for the manual first2. But the nego can get a manual price for the auto ...
For the rental I expect the car to be in good condition but there are things that worry me when it comes to the car. Black oil is overdue by 5000 km, full car with scratched front bumper scratches as it is damaged.
At night it was raining so I tried to use a car wiper .... wiper was in a miserable and almost deplorable condition which caused the use of wiper blinding vision.
There was a miscommunication among my own workers regarding the pick up and drop off point of the car that I had to wait at one drop off point after I could call for another drop off ...
Overall, the service provided was not satisfactory. But I think if the management manages the car to be in good condition for rent and all the customer service is well informed then their service could be even better. God willing to improve their system if they work harder and I hope that they will be better in the future. Matriye
