★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ageing facilities, uneven steps, when it rains, a lot of leakages and mini pools here and there. In need of upgrade. Also parking area can be very dark at night, feels unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tis was very near village and market.Too bad the M'sia Govt.not develop food court or a small community near to train station,like that of Johore state,e.g.Kluang Ktm or Tampin.Even gemas and Batang Benar of N.Sembilan has Jaya jusco and tesco at close area..

This KTM Bangi station has one male bit fat, short features, wear a spect, who ever hiring him please let him know that he is extremely rude. Don't attend whenever have users facing problem especially who are not familiar with the service
I'm not so sure who was working at that time because I was in a hurry, but what I can confirm he was at customer service desk and working during 2 November, around 6.10pm.
I was hoping any Malaysian could improve their service and be attentive towards community instead "makan gaji". He almost not refunding my money for being "over confident".
Please make.sure you guys don't embarrass our own people by your own attitude
